I love reading blogs!! We moved to Nebraska in August and I have had a hard time adjusting too...it usually doesn't take me long to like a place, but for some reason Nebraska just wasn't doing it for me. Are you in a military ward? We are. I thought it would be easier if we were, but sometimes I think we don't get noticed because SO many people are coming and going from the ward so it's a little difficult to connect and make friends. I have recently tried to find opportunities to serve others and have found that this has given me the most opportunities for making friends and feeling 'a part' of the area/ward. I think it helped to take a step back and try and new strategy to like the place...maybe that will work? Good luck!! Although I guarantee that if you make the three hour drive to Pensacola and spend a day at that beautiful white sandy beach (a way to get out of a funk for sure) then you'll definitely have something to blog about!Clean Cuthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08383123314458721660noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6805941645051298182.post-62701785737752429332011-02-16T19:56:36.876-07:002011-02-16T19:56:36.876-07:00Hey--I've felt the exact same way where I am. ...Hey--I've felt the exact same way where I am. There's no groove. It all just feels weird/wrong. Truly frustrating--especially since where I lived before everything just clicked and was right. Praying you feel more "in the groove" soon!

Mary P.Mehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05751610792395670431noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6805941645051298182.post-33764402335952208602011-02-16T16:58:48.822-07:002011-02-16T16:58:48.822-07:00Hey, why don't you start a play group? If not then feel free to e-mail me and vent, whine, cheer, and otherwise talk my ear off. :) sunshineeyes at gmail dot com Hang in there!Erinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03124897146418404105noreply@blogger.com
